Who wouldn’t like to have a simple sweater in their wardrobe – something basic that could be knit on circular needles without a lot of fuss?

Here's a quick-to-knit tee with raglan shaping and a face framing ballet neckline. The increases are easy and classic yarn overs that form an openwork pattern along the raglan seam. The sleeves are short. The length is negotiable. Make it high hip or mid hip, long enough to wear with jeans and a good length to wear under a jacket.

Designed with HiKoo Sueno, a DK weight yarn, the TBTee is fast knitting. The knit fabric is soft and comfortable to wear, thanks to the super wash wool and bamboo blend.

Be sure to look over all the color available for this tee. We carry Sueno Tweed as well as Sueno in solid colors.

Or knit this design in your choice of DK weight yarn. It's a versatile design and has been knit successfully by many knitters.

Here's what you need to knit this design:

Finished chest measurement: 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 inches.

Yarn: 3 (3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4) skeins -- HiKoo Sueno, 80% Merino Superwash, 20% viscose from bamboo, 100 gram/255 yards. Buy another skein if you think you will knit the tee longer or lengthen the sleeves.

Needles: US #6 (4.0 mm) or US #7 (4.5 mm) or size to obtain gauge – 16” and 24” circular; one set of double point needles in same size. Optional: Double point needles in same size for sleeves, or use the circular knitting tools you choose for smaller circumference knitting in the round.

Notions: 5 split ring markers; 8 ring markers (may be yarn markers); ruler and tape measure; bent tip yarn needle; crochet cotton or a lightweight yarn for lifelines. Optional: Eucalan wool wash.
